In an effort to manage competing needs for space in the Evans 1st floor foyer and concourse and to avoid possible safety concerns, The Library has implemented the following guidelines for Student Organizations and other non-Libraries affiliates to reserve the space.
- Preference will be given to academic or charitable activities.
- The duration will be limited to one-week maximum (or 3 days during peak request periods)
- The request must be made by email to Mashalle Gomez, firstname.lastname@example.org, or Pixey Mosley, email@example.com at least 3 working day(s) in advance and no more than 30 days in advance.
