Community users wanting to purchase or renew a community user card can go to, use 9 zeroes in place of a UIN, and type 'COMM USER' in the Additional Comments field.

Patrons may come to the desk and ask for help logging into the Marketplace and paying fines and fees. Once on the Marketplace website, there are several 'stores' to choose from. The stores are listed in alphabetical order and the patron would need to select My Library Record Payment Center. This will take them to the same screen they would get to if they chose to pay through myLibrary record.

In this case, staff will walk the patron through the process and:
    - print out a receipt for the patron,
    - override the block,
    - and leave a note in the patron's Voyager account with payment date, amount, and your initials
