Your TAMU ID card can be replaced by going to the Aggie Card Office between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, located in Suite 2801 of the General Services Complex on Agronomy Road (bus #6). You must bring a government issued photo ID (drivers license, passport, military ID, etc.) with you.
Non-Student University Affiliates
All non-student university affiliates must bring a completed Faculty/Staff Form. The form must be signed by the appropriate department head or supervisor. The Faculty/Staff Form can be found at Faculty-Staff ID Form. When filling out the form, keep in mind that the names, titles, and departments listed will be used to produce the ID Card. Changes will not be made at the request of the form holder. It should also be noted that titles and departments over 25 characters will be abbreviated. There is a charge for all Faculty/Staff and University Affiliated ID's (new or replacement). Anyone requesting a Texas A&M University ID Card (Aggie Card) must have a University Identification Number (UIN). Faculty and Staff members should include the UIN in the appropriate space on the Faculty/Staff ID Form. Departments wanting to arrange for IDs for visiting faculty/staff members who do not have a UIN should contact the Aggie Card Office.
