The computers and printers in the Libraries are part of the OAL network. Their FAQ may be able to help you resolve some issues.

If you encounter issues with a computer or printer in the Library that can't be resolved by referring to the OAL FAQ, please report it to the nearest service desk. Make a note of the device's location and number (e.g. EVANS-010-001, labeled on the edge of the screen).
