For TAMU state extension agencies' users,

Yes, please be sure that you select "TAES-XXXXX" as your status in your Get it for me account.  

TAES users can receive the items such as books and microform. However, we do not send media equipment (ex. Kindles, cameras, video devices, microform readers, etc.) through the mail.

Requested items are shipped to your Agrilife office address through FEDEX. Please be sure to keep your address up-to-date. If you need to change your address, click the "Change User Information" link under the "Tools" section in your Get it for me account.

We will mail the items to your office address. Please be aware that the requested items are checked out to the your account before they are sent through FEDEX service and if deemed lost or missing, it is the patron’s responsibility to pay the replacement fees for the lost or missing items. The TAMU state extension agencies will pay for any shipping of books to the various extension offices. Article requests will be filled without any charge to the agency.
