Answer

If you are unable to locate an item on the shelf that shows in the library catalog as available, you may:

  • Ask a staff person at the nearest service desk
  • Text Us 979-256-1091
  • Call Us 979-845-3731
  • Chat with us

You may also:

  • Check the re-shelving areas.
  • Place a Search for an item missing from the shelves request. This will notify the library that the item is missing and will begin a search process. If the item is found by a library staff member it will be placed on hold for you, if it is not located after 2 searches the item will be marked 'missing' and you can request a copy through Get it for me.
