Duplication Timeline for Requests

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received and paid.


Please account for your deadlines and make your request as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline, please communicate it to Public Services staff when first placing your request.


Any additional material added to a request after Public Services staff has received your paperwork will be considered a new request. Your new request will not be processed until your current request has been completed.
