Duplication Delivery

There is no charge for delivery of digital files.


Your digital files will be delivered to you via a file transfer system called Filex. You will be emailed with a link that will explain how to access the files. Audio/Visual or other large files may require an alternate delivery method. 

Patrons are responsible for downloading material before the two-week expiration date. If there are issues with receiving the scan, please notify Public Services staff ( immediately. If you request the same material after the expiration date, it will be considered a new request and subject to additional payment.
