Q. What should I know about requesting Cushing materials from offsite storage?
Some of Cushing Memorial Library & Archives' collection materials are kept at offsite storage facilities. These materials need to be transferred to the Kelsey Reading Room to be used.
Cushing Public Services is happy to help facilitate requests for Cushing materials from remote storage. Here are some things you should know:
There is a 5-business minimum needed to retrieve materials from our offsite storage location. You will be contacted when the materials have been placed on hold for you in order to make an appointment to use the materials in the Kelsey Reading Room.
Requests for materials from our offsite storage locations will be limited to a maximum of 10 boxes that can be requested at one time.
