You will receive an email when your requested material(s) is ready to be seen in the Kelsey Reading Room. If you do not visit or make an appointment to view the materials within 2 weeks from that date, we will send a reminder email asking if you are still interested in keeping the materials on hold for you.
If we then do not receive a reply or appointment submission within 3 business days of the reminder, the material will be reshelved. You are welcome to request the materials again at a later date if that is more convenient for you.
