Even if an author no longer holds copyright to previously published materials, those materials may still be deposited in OAKTrust for storage and preservation. The descriptive information for these restricted files is available to search engines and is visible in OAKTrust. However, access to the files may be restricted. Permission from the publisher or current copyright holder must be obtained in order to make the full item publicly available.
