Answer

If you lose money at the vending machines in Evans or Annex:

  • If you lose cash, you can email Keri Sanders at keri.sanders@pepsico.com
  • Incomplete credit card transactions will usually be listed as pending for 24-48 hours and then drop off. If a transaction does not drop off and you are charged, you can contact the vendor's customer service center at 1.800.433.2652 or dispute the charge with your bank.
