If you have returned a library item and it still appears on your library record you will need to submit a claimed return request using the Search Returned Item form.
Before submitting a Search Returned Item claim, please allow at least 48 hrs after returning the the item(s) to allow time for return processing. Please note that inclement weather and special circumstances may affect processing times. That said, if a returned item is still shown on a patron's account after a week, a form should probably be submitted.
