Your web browser will save webpage data to make future visits to a site faster. Sometimes this can cause issues if the data is out of date or does not match the current state of a webpage. Clearing your cookies and cache will remove this stored data, forcing your web browser to re-download the current page. If you are having problems accessing an electronic resource, try clearing your cache, closing your browser, re-opening and trying again. If you continue to have problems, report the problem to us using chat or our report a problem form.
