The computers and printers in the Libraries are part of the OAL network. Their support page FAQ may be able to help you resolve some issues.

If you encounter issues with a computer or printer in the Library that can't be resolved by referring to the OAL FAQ, please report it to the nearest Library service desk. Make a note of the device's location and number (e.g. EVANS-010-001, labeled on the edge of the screen).
