Yes. The Texas A&M University Libraries partners with the Texas Digital Library (TDL) to host open access journals created and managed by Texas A&M editors and journal teams.

To be eligible for hosting, a journal must meet the following requirements:

  • Open Access: The journal must be diamond open access, providing free access to all published articles, and must post a clear Open Access policy.
  • Accessibility: All journal content must meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards to ensure compliance with ADA Title II accessibility guidelines.
  • Editorial Oversight: The journal must have an editor affiliated with Texas A&M University.
  • Student Journals: Student-run journals must be sponsored by a faculty member from an academic department.
