Someone can pay a fine for another person through the Marketplace.
They will need to know the name, UIN, and university email address of the person who has the fine on their account and the exact amount they are paying for. The Libraries cannot give out information concerning patron accounts, including fines owed.
When filling out the first section asking for personal information use the name, UIN, and email of the patron who has the fine on their account. You can add the payer's name in the additional comments box. After proceeding to checkout and the second prompt for an email, use the payer's email address.
